What You'll Do8

  • 1Lead a team of HR professionals responsible for onboarding, recruiting support, HRIS, benefits, and leave administration
  • 2Build scalable HR processes that improve service delivery and operational consistency across Oregon and Washington
  • 3Lead development and implementation of the organization’s compensation structure and job architecture framework
  • 4Serve as the organizational leader for leave administration, ensuring compliance with federal, Oregon, and Washington leave programs
  • 5Oversee benefits administration workflows, vendor relationships, and open enrollment planning
  • 6Provide functional leadership for HRIS systems, data integrity, reporting, and future system enhancements
  • 7Partner with operational leaders to improve HR processes and support organizational growth
  • 8Develop HR metrics and dashboards to inform workforce decisions

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 2Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive HR experience in core HR operational areas
  • 3Prior people management experience
  • 4Experience supporting multi-site organizations
  • 5Working knowledge of federal and state employment requirements
  • 6Healthcare or medical practice experience preferred
  • 7Experience with HR systems, leave platforms, benefits workflows, or compensation initiatives
  • 8Experience with Oregon and Washington employment requirements
  • 9SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
