Overview
Lead guest service operations for Pagada Services in New York. Oversee hospitality standards and improve service efficiency through active participation in the Omni Service Tradition program. Manage housekeeping departments and coordinate with front desk and engineering teams.
What You'll Do12
- 1Provide prompt and efficient guest service responses to inquiries and complaints using Guest Service Skills
- 2Resolve complex guest problems while maintaining positive relationships
- 3Maintain clear communication across all departments and with guests
- 4Identify service improvements through involvement in Omni Service Tradition program
- 5Assist Executive Housekeeper with departmental functions including shift management and inventory control
- 6Monitor inventory levels and manage linen purchases
- 7Schedule staff using Kronos and control payroll costs
- 8Inspect guest rooms and address cleaning defects
- 9Prepare daily reports for Executive Housekeeper
- 10Coordinate with GRA and housekeepers for room servicing
- 11Oversee housemen and ensure compliance with standards
- 12Participate in energy conservation initiatives
Requirements5
- 1Prior Housekeeping Supervisory Experience in Hospitality
- 2High School Diploma or GED/College Degree preferred
- 3Ability to multi-task
- 4Strong leadership and motivation skills
- 5Independent work capability
Salary Insight
$70 - $75k per year
