- 1Direct associate hiring and development through interviews scheduling and performance counseling
- 2Lead pre-shift briefings communicating guest arrival details and VIP identification
- 3Supervise cleaning operations and enforce safety protocols throughout guest areas
- 4Manage employee relations including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions
- 5Select supplies and merchandise ensuring inventory control and cost efficiency
- 6Implement emergency response procedures protecting guests and property
- 7Assign tasks based on special requests to optimize workflow
- 8Distribute shift supplies to maintain inventory levels and reduce expenses
- 9Handle lost and found items and guest inquiries to preserve satisfaction
- 10Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper for staff evaluations and promotions
- 11Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in hospitality environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified relevant experience
- 55+ years experience with data tools
- 6One to two years formal education
- 7Proven ability to meet appearance standards
- 8Strong verbal communication skills
- 9Physical stamina for demanding workload
- 10Mobility to stand continuously and climb stairs approximately 40 steps
