What You'll Do10
- 1Build relationships with residents and staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- 2Perform daily upkeep of property grounds buildings and landscapes
- 3Follow established procedures for tool maintenance equipment repairs and safety protocols
- 4Clean building gutters plant and tend to flowerbeds trees and shrubs
- 5Remove trash and assist with pool maintenance duties
- 6Shovel snow clear salt public passageways and maintain common areas
- 7Clean vacated apartments ensure amenities remain orderly and safe
- 8Assist maintenance team with light work orders including painting and appliance moves
- 9Follow OSHA requirements and maintain physical stamina for walking bending reaching climbing and lifting
- 10Drive results toward a culture of continuous improvement and resident satisfaction
Requirements7
- 1Minimum of 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent
- 22+ years experience in grounds keeping within multi-family settings
- 32+ years experience in landscaping
- 4HVAC or EPA certifications may be required depending on staffing needs
- 5Physical ability to climb ladders handle heavy objects and work at heights
