You own the cleanliness and guest readiness of resort units at Polo Towers by Hilton, turning over multiple units per shift to meet quality and timeliness standards. What You'll Do10
- 1Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash from bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
- 2Clean units to quality standards, including surfaces, fixtures, and appliances, using company-approved supplies.
- 3Report cleaned units as vacant and ready for inspection in the system.
- 4Flag maintenance issues, damaged or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens per procedure.
- 5Report missing inventory and supplies to the Supervisor and restock as needed.
- 6Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed by management.
- 7Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets and supply areas.
- 8Attend all training sessions and apply learned techniques to daily tasks.
- 9Address guest complaints promptly and escalate to management when needed.
- 10Maintain a high sense of urgency to turn units on time for arrivals.
Requirements10
- 1Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- 2Must lift 25 pounds with or without accommodation.
- 3Ability to make decisions and plan/schedule tasks.
- 4Read, write, and do basic math.
- 5Personal timeliness and promptness with assignments.
- 6A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic.
- 7Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures.
- 8Work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
- 9Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check.
- 10Full schedule availability required for day shifts.
