We need 2 cleaners in downtown Chicago for Dust Busters Cleaners Company. This is a 1099 contractor role where you choose jobs and show up ready to clean. What You'll Do9
- 1Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens living areas and other rooms
- 2Execute specialized tasks like carpet cleaning floor care sanitation and laundry
- 3Maintain cleanliness of client appliances and fixtures such as ovens refrigerators sinks and countertops
- 4Communicate professionally about job status delays access issues or customer concerns
- 5Notify Dust Busters of pre-existing damage unusual conditions or scope changes before starting work
- 6Deliver consistent detail-oriented cleaning results on every job
- 7Follow job-specific cleaning checklists and customer instructions
- 8Provide reliable transportation to Chicago jobs
- 9Work independently manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
Requirements10
- 15+ years professional cleaning experience with residential or rental properties
- 2Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds and reach high areas safely
- 4Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- 5Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 6Experience with moving furniture and packing/unpacking
- 7Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
- 8High level of reliability and professionalism
- 9Comfortable working alone without direct supervision
- 10Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting common equipment issues
