What You'll Do6
- 1Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and a smile as they enter the restaurant.
- 2Manage the wait list to keep seating efficient and Guests informed.
- 3Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- 4Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct department.
- 5Help fellow Team Members when appropriate to keep service smooth.
- 6Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all Guests.

- 1Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile.
- 2Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- 3Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- 4Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
