What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests as they arrive, making them feel welcome and valued
- 2Manage the seating chart to balance server workload and guest flow
- 3Answer phone calls and take reservations with a friendly tone
- 4Walk guests to their tables, presenting menus and highlighting specials
- 5Monitor the dining room for open tables and maintain a clean host area
- 6Assist with light cleaning and restocking of host stand supplies
- 7Communicate wait times and guest needs to the management team
- 8Handle guest questions and direct them to the appropriate team member
Requirements6
- 1Energetic and outgoing personality that creates a welcoming atmosphere
- 2Ability to stand and keep pace with guests for the length of the shift
- 3Capability to lift 10-20 pounds as part of daily duties
- 4Availability for full-time or part-time shifts based on business needs
