- 9Maintain accurate records complying with regulatory standards

- 11Utilize knowledge of hospice principles and community resources
Requirements8
- 15+ years building social work experience in medical settings especially hospice palliative care
- 2Master’s degree in Social Work from accredited program
- 3Current licensure as LCSW LMSW or equivalent
- 4Basic Life Support certification preferred
- 51-2 years experience with financial aid navigation
- 6Strong interpersonal skills for working with vulnerable populations
- 7Knowledge of hospice care principles and end-of-life practices
- 8Ability to assess emotional social and financial needs effectively
