What You'll Do6
- 1Build referral pipelines with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and assisted living communities.
- 2Generate new hospice referrals and drive admissions within your first 90 days.
- 3Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and benefits.
- 4Identify and open new accounts across The Woodlands and North Houston.
- 5Manage your territory to hit monthly referral and admission goals.
- 6Partner with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions from referral to admission.
Requirements6
- 15+ years in hospice or home health sales or liaison roles.
- 2Existing relationships in The Woodlands or North Houston healthcare market.
- 3Proven track record of generating referrals and admissions.
- 4Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- 5Self-motivated, comfortable managing territory independently.
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
