Homebuyer Concierge - Lennar
Overview
The Homebuyer Concierge leads post-purchase experiences for Lennar buyers in Dallas. You will coordinate all communications between buyers and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from purchase agreement to closing. This role drives satisfaction through proactive guidance and meticulous file management.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers after agreement execution
- 2Drive backlog management by reaching out to homebuyers and coordinating transactions
- 3Set clear expectations and provide status updates throughout the construction process
- 4Coordinate introductions between buyers and key departments like Mortgage and Construction
- 5Ensure all sales files are complete and compliant for successful closings
- 6Facilitate tracking of Salesforce Purchase Agreement milestones
- 7Schedule Dusty Shoe Walks in collaboration with the Construction Manager
- 8Track milestone meetings with stakeholders including the Construction Manager and Closing Attorney
- 9Manage document signing to guarantee on-time closings
- 10Require high school diploma with college degree preference
- 11Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience

- 32-3 years experience in homebuilding or related fields
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
