What You'll Do7
- 1Administer PT treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
- 2Perform manual therapeutic exercises and therapeutic modalities
- 3Document client records and submit weekly clinical documentation
- 4Attend educational meetings and coordinate department in-services
- 5Notify supervisors of equipment failures or supply shortages
- 6Apply infection control practices during patient interactions
- 7Utilize knowledge of geriatric patient changes to tailor care
Requirements8
- 1Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited program
- 2Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
- 3Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with reliable transportation
- 4Current CPR certification
- 5Fluency in English reading writing and speaking
- 6One year PT assistant experience preferred
- 7TB screening required
- 8Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle liability insurance
