Home Health Aide, Pediatric/Adult Skilled Care
Overview
You provide one-on-one personal care for pediatric and adult patients in Scott Township, PA. You handle dressing, feeding, and light housekeeping while supporting patients emotionally and physically. You report changes to the nurse manager and follow care plans. You work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with rates from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour. This role offers PTO from day one, health benefits, and 24/7 clinical support.
What You'll Do7
- 1Assist patients with dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene tasks.
- 2Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- 3Support patients emotionally through companionship and active listening.
- 4Follow established care plans and document patient progress.
- 5Report any changes in patient condition to the nurse manager promptly.
- 6Coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
- 7Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity at all times.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of home health aide experience preferred.
- 2CPR certification required.
- 3Ability to lift and transfer patients up to 50 pounds.
- 4Reliable transportation to and from Scott Township, PA.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6Pass background check and drug screening.
- 7Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
