Overview
You will protect homes from pests across Charlotte, NC, performing hands-on treatments in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments. Go-Forth Pest Control provides paid training and full support to earn your state pesticide applicator license. You will join a tight-knit team that values grit, curiosity, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do8
- 1Treat residential and commercial properties for common pests, applying granules and chemicals per Go-Forth procedures and state regulations.
- 2Remove webs and apply perimeter treatments around properties to maintain pest-free environments.
- 3Mix and apply pest control chemicals following label instructions, using PPE and safety protocols.
- 4Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and home maintenance practices to reduce future infestations.
- 5Quote customers for termite prevention and active termite services when activity is detected.
- 6Document all service details accurately in the FieldRoutes CRM, completing 14-20 locations per day.
- 7Operate a company vehicle safely, adhering to traffic laws and Go-Forth policies.
- 8Proactively offer service add-ons, upsell treatments, and perform door-to-door prospecting to grow the business.
Requirements8
- 1Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined or tight spaces.
- 2Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Go-Forth MVR standards.
- 321 years or older to operate a company vehicle per insurance requirements.
- 4Ability to work Monday through Saturday, with overtime eligibility.
- 5High school diploma or GED preferred (no prior pest control experience required).
- 6Must be willing to obtain state pesticide applicator license with company support.
- 7Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. with assistance.
- 8Ability to crawl, kneel, and remain in confined spaces for extended periods.
