What You'll Do11
- 1Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws
- 2Load meals into company vehicle at cold storage facility
- 3Deliver meals to clients and take them home
- 4Make phone calls to clients for delivery issues
- 5Record deliveries on MMHD delivery application
- 6Follow food safety procedures
- 7Inspect and maintain equipment
- 8Report equipment failures and vehicle damage
- 9Assist with vehicle and driver audits
- 10Ensure deliveries comply with protocols
- 11Maintain excellent customer service
Requirements18
- 1At least 18 years old
- 2High School Diploma or GED
- 3Valid driver's license
- 4Excellent driving DMV record
- 5Good communication skills English
- 6Ability to use smartphone
- 7Familiar with GPS routing
- 8Basic math skills
- 9Ability to work in variable weather
- 10Prior experience adhering to company policies
- 11Pass post offer drug screen and background check
- 12Preferred: previous delivery driving experience
- 13Strong customer service experience
- 14Experience with high-volume residential routes
- 15Physical stamina to stand and walk
- 16Visual perception for peripheral vision and depth
- 17Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- 18Work in variable temperatures
