What You'll Do10
- 1Build trust with the client through compassionate, personalized care
- 2Assist with activities of daily living and dementia care while preserving client dignity
- 3Maintain accurate records of care provided and client observations
- 4Follow care plan and adapt to client needs with attention to safety
- 5Coordinate with office for scheduling, emergencies, and updates
- 6Deliver reliable, consistent attendance and professional home care in the client’s residence
- 7Respect client privacy, home environment, and preferences
- 8Communicate clearly with family or supervisors about client status
- 9Remain compliant with policies, including documentation and health guidelines
- 10Support client independence and comfort during daily routines
Requirements10
- 1Experience as a caregiver or in a similar home care role
- 2Ability to work full-time with consistent attendance
- 3Compassionate and patient demeanor with clients who have dementia
- 4Comfort with personal care tasks and daily living activities
- 5Reliability and willingness to travel to client locations in Palatine and surrounding areas
- 6Respect for client privacy and home environment
- 7Reliable transportation or mileage reimbursement eligibility
- 8Availability for a flexible schedule with consistent hours
