Lead direct care for individuals with disabilities offering flexible full-time part-time and weekend roles. Drive client independence through personalized support and community engagement.
What You'll Do7
- 1Provide direct care and personalized support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- 2Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene meal preparation and mobility
- 3Implement individualized support plans to promote independence and quality of life
- 4Transport and accompany clients to appointments community outings and activities
- 5Document care activities observations and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- 6Communicate effectively with clients families and care team members
- 7Foster a safe supportive and positive environment for all individuals served
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of caregiving experience
- 3Genuine compassion patience and dedication to supporting others
- 4Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a care team
- 7Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends or holidays
Salary Insight
$31 - $35k per year
