What You'll Do12
- 1Assist clients with health insurance inquiries covering plan details benefits and policy changes
- 2Provide guidance on group health insurance policies including employee enrollments renewals and coverage updates
- 3Address billing questions claims issues and ID card requests ensuring prompt resolution
- 4Follow up with clients and carriers to ensure timely policy approvals and documentation updates
- 5Educate clients on open enrollment processes renewal options and policy compliance
- 6Maintain accurate client records update CRM systems and ensure proper documentation of service requests
- 7Process policy changes enrollments terminations and premium adjustments accurately
- 8Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely customer responses
- 9Support routine communications emails and service requests in a timely manner
- 10Collaborate with internal teams agents and carriers to resolve client issues efficiently
- 11Attend training sessions and carrier webinars to stay updated on health insurance products and industry changes
- 12Adapt quickly to new procedures software and insurance regulations to enhance job performance
Requirements8
- 1Group health insurance experience preferred
