Head of Program Management, AT&T Network & Cloud Infrastructure
Overview
You will own end-to-end delivery of AT&T's Network Management and Cloud Infra programs, driving transformation across EIAP, SMO, and CNIS products. As a CFR within Ericsson's CORE3 structure, you will lead cross-functional teams and manage financial health, risk, and customer engagement. This role demands GIAP 8 certification and deep expertise in cloud-native ecosystems. You will be the trusted liaison between Ericsson and AT&T, ensuring strategic alignment and operational results.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead program planning, implementation, and delivery for AT&T's Network Management and Cloud Infra projects.
- 2Own financial targets, ensuring budget discipline and governance across all program phases.
- 3Align program milestones with AT&T's strategic goals for Network Management transformations.
- 4Serve as primary liaison between Ericsson and AT&T, addressing demands and delivering solutions.
- 5Allocate resources across teams to meet timelines and cost targets.
- 6Collaborate with technical and business units as a CFR in Ericsson's CORE3 structure.
- 7Identify risks and deploy mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
- 8Drive adoption of AI and automation to accelerate delivery and enhance efficiency in cloud-native environments.
Requirements8
- 1GIAP 8 certification in program management and leadership.
- 25+ years leading large-scale Network Management and Core transformation programs.
- 3Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, microservices, and software lifecycle management (LCM).
- 4Proven experience integrating AI and automation into cloud-native initiatives.
- 5Strategic thinker with ability to build winning customer-aligned strategies.
- 6Track record of mentoring teams and driving ROI.
- 7Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- 8Optional: Telecom security knowledge and prior AT&T account experience.
