Overview
Lead the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) implementation platform and tools strategy at Wells Fargo, owning a multi-year roadmap that supports the full client lifecycle. What You'll Do9
- 1Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for implementation systems, workflow tools, and digital intake, prioritizing capabilities that reduce cycle time by 20% in the first year.
- 2Partner with Technology engineering to translate business needs into scalable solutions, managing dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across squads.
- 3Drive AI-enabled transformation by piloting and scaling use cases that reduce manual work, improve quality, and enhance colleague productivity.
- 4Modernize implementation workflows across intake, configuration, testing, and activation, automating exceptions and post-implementation reporting.
- 5Build real-time dashboards and KPIs that provide leadership with visibility into pipeline, bottlenecks, aging, and productivity.
- 6Align platform development with product roadmaps, digital channel strategies, and servicing models to ensure cohesive client experiences.
- 7Embed risk, compliance, and data quality controls into tool design from the outset, ensuring auditability and governance.
- 8Champion user-centered design, simplifying self-service and transparency for clients and internal teams.
- 9Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering skills in product, analytics, business architecture, and process improvement.
Requirements9
- 110+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including 4+ years of management or leadership experience.
- 210+ years in payments, treasury management, implementation, operations, or digital transformation.
- 3Proven leadership of platform, tools, or workflow transformation in a matrixed environment.
- 4Strong understanding of end-to-end client lifecycle processes: onboarding, implementation, servicing, and reporting.
- 5Ability to partner with Technology engineering teams to shape roadmaps, define requirements, and resolve dependencies.
- 6Experience scaling AI, analytics, or digital workflow capabilities to improve business outcomes.
- 7Executive presence with skill in influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
- 8Track record of building high-performing teams, leading through ambiguity and change.
- 9Risk and control mindset, with experience embedding compliance into processes and systems.

$185 - $300k per year
