GxP Project Manager, Pharma Biotech & Technical Development
Overview
Own GxP projects from initiation to release, driving pharma technical development and biotech work plans. You'll oversee budgeting, team assessment, supplier engagement, and project planning, ensuring milestones are met with precision. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll collaborate with QA, RA, and manufacturing teams to align on GxP compliance. What You'll Do7
- 1Build detailed GxP project plans and schedules for technical development, tracking progress against milestones.
- 2Drive resource allocation and budget tracking, adjusting forecasts to maintain delivery targets.
- 3Lead cross-functional teams including QA and RA, facilitating clear communication and decision-making.
- 4Assess team performance and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- 5Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure materials and services within project timelines.
- 6Own project risk assessments and mitigation plans, ensuring GxP compliance throughout.
- 7Report on project health to stakeholders, escalating issues as needed to maintain transparency.
Requirements7
- 15+ years managing GxP projects in pharma or biotech technical development.
- 23+ years in a leadership or supervisory role with direct team oversight.
- 3Proven track record of work plan development and progress oversight in a regulated environment.
- 4Hands-on experience with GxP compliance, including GMP, GLP, or GCP.
- 5Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data and project metrics.
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with experience in supplier engagement.
- 7Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field.
