Guest Services Associate - Private Locker Room
Overview
Manage daily operations of the JCC amenities and ensure proper functionality for members. Greet members using the second-floor wing of Fitness and Wellness and provide assistance. Offer flexibility in scheduling including early mornings, evenings, and weekends on a rotating basis.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide superior customer service to Private Locker Room members and JCC members alike.
- 2Maintain records and statistics regarding amenity usage and equipment maintenance.
- 3Implement and enforce COVID-19 safety protocols such as regular wipe-downs and capacity limits.
- 4Oversee daily operations of men’s and women’s private locker rooms including towels, hydration stations, and cleanliness.
- 5Notify the Membership Director when supplies or equipment are needed.
- 6Greet and communicate with all members entering via the second floor.
- 7Assist with monitoring fitness and wellness studios and the JFit Studio.
- 8Monitor access to Fitness and Wellness via the second-floor spa entrance.
- 9Welcome and assist members with massage and chiropractic appointments.
- 10Maintain equipment and facilities including chemical testing, whirlpool cleanliness, steam room upkeep, and general cleanliness.
- 11Track amenity supplies like soaps and fruit, and alert Sodexo/Membership Management of needed items.
Requirements5
- 1Friendly outgoing personality with proven customer service skills.
- 2First Aid and CPR/AED certifications preferred.
- 3Ability to work collaboratively toward common goals.
- 4Experience troubleshooting amenities such as whirlpools steam sauna.
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel and Daxko Group Ex Pro MindBody.
