What You'll Do11
- 1Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation
- 2Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
- 3Serve customers efficiently and maintain high-quality food service standards
- 4Taste all prepared food items to ensure taste and quality
- 5Use ticket-collection procedures and follow established service steps
- 6Maintain records for the area worked during service periods
- 7Follow approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control
- 8Carry pans and trays according to safety standards
- 9Store foods properly using designated wrapping and dating procedures
- 10Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment
- 11Resolve customer concerns and report issues to supervisors
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
- 35+ years managing large-scale data engineering projects
- 4Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
- 5Certified in AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- 6Experience with Kubernetes orchestration
