Grant Administration Manager Barnabas Foundation
Overview
Lead grant distribution processes for donor and organizational accounts. Oversee grant and withdrawal procedures while enhancing donor experiences. Provide strategic improvements and maintain internal controls.
What You'll Do17
- 1Serve as team leader and primary coordinator of all internal grant workflows and communications
- 2Communicate with donors and charities regarding the status of grants
- 3Onboard new donors and assist with account access requests
- 4Continuously improve the donor experience
- 5Maintain the donor portal incorporating feedback
- 6Review new charitable organizations for policy and mission fit
- 7Review designation or donor restriction submissions
- 8Support recurring grant monitoring and maintenance
- 9Provide expenditure responsibility or equivalency determinations for international charitable organizations
- 10Review authorized signer records and account updates
- 11Oversee estate processing and stakeholder communications
- 12Track endowment fund committee activities meetings and grant status
- 13Maintain internal controls around payment distribution according to policy
- 14Record client interactions in the client relations management database
- 15Promote process efficiencies
- 16Provide regular updates to the Director of Finance at recurring meetings
- 17Assist other team members with client correspondence as needed
Requirements9
- 15+ years managing grant administration with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in Christian non-profit finance
- 3Minimum three years supervisory management experience
- 4Strong understanding of Reformed Christian charitable practices
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- 6Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 8Experience with client relationship management systems
- 9Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
Salary Insight
$54 - $64k per year
