Overview
Leading workers in layout and machine operation overseeing production productivity reliability costs. Manages plasma cathodic arc processes oversees cell continuous improvement and all core initiatives. Serves as supervisor in absence of Business Unit Manager. Trains employees sets production schedules tracks work troubleshoots solves production problems.

- 8Confer with supervisors to coordinate department activities
- 9Hold monthly toolbox meetings
- 10Ensure policy compliance and conduct toolbox sessions
- 11Assess employee performance and handle discipline
Requirements5
- 1HS diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years relevant experience
- 2Qualifications preferred: FAA repair station experience
- 3Previous leadership of skilled crafts persons
- 4Prior SAP and Solumina A&P license experience
- 5Demonstrated ability to supervise coworkers
