Overview
You will own the design, development, and deployment of next-generation Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using the Google ADK and Google Cloud AI ecosystem in Charlotte, NC. Your work directly impacts enterprise-level AI products, working alongside a team of engineers and data scientists in a hybrid, onsite-first environment. This contract role positions you at the forefront of agentic AI development, with direct influence on architecture and delivery.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design and build Agentic AI workflows using Google ADK to automate complex business decisions.
- 2Deploy Generative AI models into production on Google Cloud AI with Vertex AI and BigQuery backends.
- 3Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs and databases using Python and REST services.
- 4Optimize prompt engineering and fine-tune Gemini models for domain-specific accuracy.
- 5Debug distributed AI systems and improve latency using Kubernetes and Cloud Run.
- 6Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into AI prototypes and deliverables.
Requirements6
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with Python and cloud platforms.
- 22+ years focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI development.
- 3Hands-on experience with Google ADK or LangChain building agentic systems.
- 4Proficiency in Google Cloud AI services: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions.
- 5Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
