Overview
Design, develop, and deploy next-generation Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK and the Google Cloud AI ecosystem. You will own the full lifecycle from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intelligent agents that solve complex business problems. This hybrid role, based in Charlotte, NC, pairs deep technical work with direct client impact, setting you apart as a leader in the Agentic AI space.

- 1Build Agentic AI workflows with Google ADK, integrating Gemini models for real-time reasoning.
- 2Design RAG pipelines on Vertex AI with BigQuery to ground AI responses in enterprise data.
- 3Ship production-grade GenAI services using Cloud Functions and Cloud Run with auto-scaling.
- 4Debug and tune prompt strategies to cut hallucination rates by 30% in the first 90 days.
- 5Drive architecture reviews, championing Google Cloud best practices for security and cost.
- 6Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business needs into Agentic AI features.
- 7Scale existing ADK prototypes to handle 10x traffic without latency regressions.
Requirements7
- 15+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in Generative AI and Agentic AI development.
- 2Hands-on with Google ADK, Vertex AI, and Gemini API for agent orchestration.
- 3Strong Python skills, using LangChain or similar for LLM integration.
- 4Experience with RAG systems: Chroma, Pinecone, or BigQuery Vector Search.
- 5Proven ability to deploy AI services on Google Cloud with Docker and Kubernetes.
- 6Solid grasp of MLOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, and model versioning.
- 7Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration in a hybrid setting.
