What You'll Do10
- 1Assist with golf tournaments and outings
- 2Maintain clubhouse upkeep including cart storage and parking areas
- 3Prepare golf carts according to Innisbrook standards
- 4Educate players on course policies and speed of play
- 5Provide greeter and valet services
- 6Set up practice facilities with balls and den caddies
- 7Manage daily club membership club rental records
- 8Clean and maintain golfers' clubs after play
- 9Direct start of play when requested
- 10Perform range maintenance tasks including ball inventory management
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or general education degree
- 2Ability to speak read write and understand
- 3Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- 4Basic computational ability and computer proficiency
- 5Apply common sense to follow written or oral instructions
- 6Physical stamina for outdoor work with occasional sitting
- 7Ability to lift 75lbs and perform repetitive motions
- 8Excellent vision for near and depth perception
- 9Work effectively in stressful environments with frequent activity changes
- 10Demonstrate constructive feedback acceptance
