Overview

The Analyst, Global Talent and Change Management leads design and execution of talent management frameworks and change strategies at Skechers. This role partners with HR and business to create scalable solutions and drives continuous improvement of talent systems.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Design and develop talent management frameworks including facilitator guides and program resources ensuring regional relevance scalability and alignment to business objectives
  • 2Coordinate talent intake processes by partnering with HR Business Partners and HRIS to gather business needs define scope and align on timelines for talent initiatives
  • 3Contribute to change management strategies for HR and business transformation initiatives
  • 4Draft stakeholder communications support readiness assessments and track adoption to ensure sustainable change
  • 5Develop information decks visual presentations and communication materials conveying OE initiatives to diverse audiences
  • 6Assist in organizational design materials such as org charts role mapping and workforce planning resources
  • 7Support end-to-end execution of annual performance review cycles
  • 8Provide ad hoc support for internal HR projects and initiatives
  • 9Stay current on HR trends and best practices related to talent management organizational development and change management
  • 10Offer expertise in performance reviews and talent planning
  • 11Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field with 2-5 years HR experience or equivalent internship/academic experience
  • 2Experience with Workday preferred
  • 3Ability to work independently with strong organization and attention to detail
  • 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on accuracy
  • 5Effective written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
  • 6Experience with global teams preferred
  • 7Prior experience supporting talent management processes including performance reviews and talent planning
  • 8Familiarity with talent management tools and resources
  • 9Physical demands include standing walking sitting reaching and occasional prolonged sitting

$90 - $115k per year
