What You'll Do11
- 1Own end-to-end downstream execution for HealthCast connectivity portfolio
- 2Define how connectivity is packaged and commercialized
- 3Lead launch planning with regions including toolkits and training
- 4Drive adoption through clear use cases and repeatable commercial programs
- 5Partner with upstream and regional teams on pricing and product availability
- 6Globalize connectivity approach translating regional variability into scalable models
- 7Build relationships with field sales and professional services to accelerate implementations
- 8Align franchises on consistent positioning and deployment of connectivity solutions
- 9Define and evolve value proposition for connectivity
- 10Create and scale customer stories demonstrating real-world impact
- 11Lead thought leadership initiatives positioning Medtronic as connectivity leader
Requirements11
- 1Minimum Bachelor's degree
- 2At least 4+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 2+ years relevant experience
- 3Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability and connectivity standards
- 4Strong communicator able to translate technical topics into customer-friendly messaging
- 5Experience with connectivity platforms and EMR integrations
- 6Understanding of pricing strategy and demand planning processes
- 7Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in healthcare
- 8MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare management
- 9Physical mobility required for office role
- 10Ability to interact with computers and communicate with peers
- 11U.S. work authorization eligibility for principal-level roles
