What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain cleaning systems using Spark and Airflow
- 2Design and implement sanitation processes with Python
- 3Lead daily operations of dishwashing stations and three compartment sinks
- 4Scale cleaning protocols across multiple locations
- 5Drive improvements in equipment functionality and reporting
- 6Maintain equipment and report issues to management
- 7Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation policies
- 8Secure company assets and manage PPE usage
- 9Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
- 10Adhere to safety procedures involving hazardous chemicals
- 11Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
