What You'll Do9

- 8Develop shift leaders and assistant managers, preparing them for advancement.
- 9Ensure compliance with all Domino's and Team Honey Badger policies, including appearance standards.
Requirements7
- 12+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail management.
- 2Proven ability to manage a team of 5+ employees in a fast-paced setting.
- 3Strong math skills for managing inventory and cash reconciliation.
- 4Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and opening or closing shifts.
- 5Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- 6Must be at least 18 years old.
- 7Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours per shift.
