- 4Direct daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- 5Coach employees on food quality and customer service standards, using Domino's proven systems.
- 6Develop future leaders by mentoring shift runners and assistant managers for internal promotions.
- 7Enforce compliance with Domino's brand standards and Team Honey Badger policies for safety and image.
- 8Resolve customer issues on the spot, turning complaints into loyalty with fast, courteous action.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in a leadership role, preferably in quick-service restaurants or retail.
- 2Proven ability to lead a team of 5-15 in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills.
- 3Background in customer service with conflict resolution and problem-solving in real time.
- 4Solid math skills for inventory, cash handling, and food cost calculations.
- 5Flexibility to work weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts as needed.
- 6Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance.
- 7Preferred: experience with Domino's or similar pizza delivery operations.
