What You'll Do10
- 1Open and close the store while maintaining a clean professional workspace
- 2Hire train schedule and coach team members including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- 3Drive financial performance through sales growth profitability and customer retention
- 4Oversee cash handling register reconciliation and bank deposits
- 5Complete paperwork for sales cash receipts and employee records
- 6Monitor inventory prevent shrinkage and manage supply orders efficiently
- 7Deliver outstanding customer service resolve escalated concerns
- 8Assist with automotive maintenance services and operate various vehicle types
- 9Enforce safety standards maintain OSHA and environmental compliance
- 10Perform workers’ compensation claims and additional tasks assigned by the District Manager
Requirements12
- 1Valid U.S. driver’s license authorized to work in the United States
- 21+ year of retail service management experience focusing on KPIs budgeting and calculations
- 3Strong English communication written and verbal abilities
- 4Ability to use computers online tools and documentation systems
- 5Ability to stand long periods lift 50+ lbs bend reach crawl climb stairs
- 6Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
