Overview
You will own restaurant operations at a high-volume Hardee's, managing a team of 20-40 staff to hit sales and profit targets. You'll report to the District Manager and lead Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members. This role values people, hospitality, and integrity, with a focus on training and development. You'll also own P&L reviews and marketing execution, ensuring compliance with company standards.
What You'll Do10
- 1Recruit and hire staff, building a bench for future growth within the first 90 days.
- 2Execute all marketing plans, installing POP and menu board elements per corporate guidelines.
- 3Staff the restaurant fully and train team members using company training programs.
- 4Drive team excitement and commitment to company objectives through visible leadership.
- 5Maintain correct inventory levels and ensure all equipment stays in excellent condition through approved vendors.
- 6Model proficiency in all restaurant operations and technology, including POS systems.
- 7Supervise performance against operations standards manual policies.
- 8Coach Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew to reach their highest performance.
- 9Review preliminary P&L statements, forwarding questions to the District Manager.
- 10Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to keep a compliant environment.
Requirements7
- 13-5 years management experience in a quick service dining concept.
- 2Able to stand for long periods and work around high temperatures.
- 3Able to lift 50 lbs comfortably and perform continuous high-paced work under pressure.
- 4Financial and analytical aptitude with planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management skills.
- 5Valid driver's license and excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- 6Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills under pressure.
- 7Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills.
