Requirements5
- 1Prior restaurant management or leadership experience with a track record of guest service and team development
- 2Experience analyzing financial statements, sales reports, or performance data to drive productivity
- 3Strong communication, coaching, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
- 4Proficiency with desktop software and ability to manage schedules, inventories, and labor
- 5Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
