General Manager, Domino's Pizza Operations
Overview
You own results across multiple Domino's stores in Denver, driving food, labor, and service goals. What You'll Do10
- 1Own store performance by meeting food, labor, and service targets, and review P&L with direct supervisor each month.
- 2Lead a 50-hour work week with one day off and one on-call day, scheduling staff to meet Domino's operational goals.
- 3Drive staffing and training for all team members, ensuring every store meets or exceeds TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards.
- 4Maintain store repairs and equipment, ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed and equipment works.
- 5Implement new products and ideas seamlessly across stores, coordinating with corporate launches.
- 6Raise store ratings to at least 4 stars by conducting Self OER audits in the first week of each period and fixing gaps.
- 7Complete evaluations and raises on schedule, notifying the D.O. and submitting paperwork.
- 8Oversee accurate reporting and paperwork at store level, including inventory checks and system checklists.
- 9Prepare and deliver school lunches within required standards, maintaining a clear paper trail.
- 10Use and maintain visit books and system checklists for each store, ensuring accountability.
Requirements8
- 13+ years in restaurant or retail management, preferably with Domino's or pizza QSR.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3Proven ability to manage P&L statements and control food and labor costs.
- 4Experience with TIPS certification and food safety compliance.
- 5Strong leadership skills to train and develop team members.
- 6Work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including weekends and on-call duties.
- 7Knowledge of Domino's operational standards and Self OER audits.
- 8Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
