General Manager, Domino's Pizza Operations
Overview
You own P&L results across assigned Domino's stores in Denver, driving food, labor, and service goals. You report to a direct supervisor monthly, managing budgets, inventory, and staff training. What You'll Do10

- 4Maintain repair and upkeep for all store equipment and facilities
- 5Implement new products and ideas seamlessly across locations
- 6Run stores at a minimum 4-star level, performing Self-OER audits each period
- 7Complete evaluations and raises, notifying the D.O. with accurate paperwork
- 8Execute assignments on time, ensuring all reports and paperwork are accurate and submitted
- 9Follow safety and security procedures, keeping all equipment operational
- 10Manage store budgets, prepare and deliver school lunches on schedule
Requirements7
- 12+ years managing multi-unit QSR operations
- 2Proven track record meeting P&L and food cost targets
- 3Experience with TIPS and Domino's operational standards
- 4Ability to work 50+ hours weekly with rotating on-call coverage
- 5Strong skills in staff training and inventory management
- 6Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Excel
- 7Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
