- 5Mentor junior clinicians and maintain high standards of clinical excellence
- 6Analyze case data to identify improvement opportunities within our dental ecosystem
- 7Collaborate with prosthodontists and orthodontists to execute complex treatment plans
- 8Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional patient experiences
- 9Develop and share best practices across our multi-specialty team
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience practicing general dentistry
- 23-5 seasons leading independent clinical teams
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential preferred
- 4BCBA certification required for board eligibility
- 5Spark and Airflow proficiency demonstrated
- 6CBCT imaging systems with integrated workflow capabilities
- 7CAD/CAM dentistry expertise validated through portfolio
- 8Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced environments
- 9Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
