What You'll Do7
- 1Perform precise root canal treatments, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction from the first appointment.
- 2Utilize CBCT and Global surgical microscope to improve diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes within the first 90 days.
- 3Collaborate with dedicated dental assistants to streamline procedures and optimize patient care.
- 4Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress with clarity and accuracy.
- 5Educate patients on post-treatment care and preventive measures to promote long-term oral health.
- 6Participate in continuous professional development, staying current with endodontic techniques and innovations.
- 7Foster a welcoming environment, building trust with patients and team members to enhance the practice's reputation.
Requirements6
- 1Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
- 2Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- 3Be Board Eligible or Board-Certified in General Dentistry.
- 4Maintain CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
- 5Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills.
- 6Show advanced knowledge of dental standards, public health standards, and dental medicine trends.
