What You'll Do9
- 1Repair and maintain building games simulators and technical equipment
- 2Assist guests with repairs and maintenance ensuring optimal play conditions
- 3Provide timely service managing wait times and communication with guests team members and managers
- 4Greet guests positively and maintain merchandise display standards
- 5Conduct inventory checks restock supplies and ensure cleanliness throughout the facility
- 6Perform daily weekly monthly and quarterly maintenance tasks as directed
- 7Support store operations and general maintenance initiatives
- 8Collaborate with team members to create a positive working climate
- 9Maintain proper documentation of guest issues and suggest solutions when needed
Requirements9
- 1At least 18 years of age
- 2Technical electrical skills preferred
- 3Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- 4Experience working in noisy fast paced environments
- 5Strong communication abilities both written and verbal
- 6Friendly demeanor with willingness to smile frequently
- 7Valid driver's license optional
- 8Experience with gaming equipment and troubleshooting
- 9Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
