Full-Time Store Associate Aldi Miami
Overview
Manage merchandising stocking cashiering and cleaning to improve customer experience. Lead store operations support loss prevention and fulfillment of curbside pickup orders. Ensure compliance with ALDI policies and maintain safe working environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation model and fulfill all customer service principles and escalate concerns to store management as necessary
- 2Utilize point-of-sale system to accurately scan and process customer purchases and inform management of scanning concerns or errors
- 3Adhere to cash policies and procedures follow line policy and open additional check lanes as required
- 4Stock shelves and display neatly while following merchandising planograms to maximize sales
- 5Complete curbside pickup orders by retrieving items verifying order contents and ensuring timely delivery from staging area
- 6Maintain zone standards and merchandising standards at all times
- 7Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency goals
- 8Support total loss goals
- 9Identify and rectify hazards ensure proper ergonomics and maintain equipment in proper working order
- 10Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards
- 11Push pull sit stand reach grasp twist bend move from one area to another
Requirements10
- 1Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- 2Operate all store equipment such as cash registers floor scrubber cardboard baler pallet jacks handheld devices computers
- 3Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures
