Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production delivery and service schedules
- 2Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning meeting outlined standards
- 3Taste all prepared food items to ensure taste and quality
- 4Use established ticket collection procedures during service
- 5Maintain clean kitchen and storage areas following high standards of cleanliness
- 6Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
- 7Assist in production planning record keeping and reporting as required
- 8Help with ordering and receiving food and supplies
- 9Report maintenance issues or accidents to supervisor immediately
- 10Attend in-service and safety meetings
- 11Perform job safely while maintaining a clean safe work environment
Requirements5
- 1Previous high volume and prep cooking experience required
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 33-5 seasons of professional culinary experience
- 4Knowledge of HACCP standards
- 5Ability to follow company policies and procedures
