- 4Maintain clean kitchen facilities before and after service
- 5Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment regularly
- 6Manage inventory and purchase supplies efficiently
- 7Rotate stock according to expiration dates
- 8Develop and implement compliant recipes
- 9Handle special event requests with flexibility
- 10Follow established protocols for food safety
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing production kitchens
- 3Classical training in culinary arts
- 4Experience with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 5Knowledge of CPC Card certification standards
