Full-Stack Engineer, SaaS & AI Integrations
Overview
You will design, build, and scale high-throughput web applications and AI integration pipelines at Loxo, an AI-driven Talent Intelligence Platform. Your work directly powers sourcing algorithms, resume parsing, and AI matching engines that handle millions of profiles. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and senior engineers across the full stack, from Ruby on Rails to React and PostgreSQL. This role offers high autonomy in a product-led startup where engineering drives platform performance and customer impact.
What You'll Do7
- 1Architect, code, and deploy scalable features across Loxo's core SaaS platform using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Python, or Elixir.
- 2Build and maintain data pipelines that power sourcing algorithms, resume parsing, and AI matching engines with Python and Elasticsearch.
- 3Integrate secure APIs with third-party tools, communications platforms, and external services using RESTful design principles.
- 4Optimize database queries and backend endpoints in PostgreSQL and MySQL to ensure real-time responsiveness across large talent databases.
- 5Enhance frontend rendering with React to deliver a seamless user experience for recruiters and hiring teams.
- 6Write clean, unit-tested, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews and continuous delivery processes.
- 7Partner with product and design teams to translate customer needs into maintainable features from your first 90 days.
Requirements6
- 12-5+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade web applications.
- 2Proficiency with modern full-stack frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Python, Elixir, or React.
- 3Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and search engines like Elasticsearch.
- 4Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, asynchronous job processing, and microservice architecture patterns.
- 5Comfort working with large datasets, distributed systems, or messaging queues.
