Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer on a 2-month contract with high extension potential, you will own the design and implementation of end-to-end features for a Fortune 500 client. You will collaborate with a small agile team to ship production-ready code using React, Node.js, and AWS. You will directly impact system reliability and user experience. The contract offers competitive W2 pay and immediate start.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build responsive front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- 2Design and deploy serverless APIs on AWS with Lambda and API Gateway.
- 3Ship database schema changes and optimize queries for PostgreSQL.
- 4Debug and resolve production issues across the full stack.
- 5Drive code reviews and enforce CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- 6Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specs.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of full-stack development experience.
- 2Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- 3Experience with Node.js and RESTful API design.
- 4Hands-on with AWS services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB.
- 5Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and data modeling.
- 61+ years working in an agile environment.
- 7Must be local to Wilmington, DE or willing to work onsite.
