.Net Full Stack Developer, NYC Onsite
Overview
You will own the front-end and back-end architecture for a cross-functional product team in New York City, building with .NET, C#, React, and TypeScript. You will join a team of 8 engineers and collaborate with product managers and designers. This role demands in-person collaboration and an immediate impact on a legacy-to-modern stack migration.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build React components with TypeScript and HTML5 to create reusable UI elements for the core product.
- 2Develop and maintain .NET and C# services that power the application's business logic.
- 3Integrate with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket endpoints to ensure real-time data flow.
- 4Refactor and optimize existing WPF applications to improve performance and maintainability.
- 5Design component-based UI architecture using Next.js and CSS3 to support rapid feature development.
- 6Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and ensure seamless data exchange.
- 7Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and reduce technical debt.
- 8Ship high-impact features within the first 90 days, focusing on the migration of legacy screens to modern React.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET and C#.
- 2Hands-on experience with WPF and building desktop applications.
- 3Proficiency in React v16+, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- 4Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and modern ES6+ syntax.
- 5Experience integrating with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket.
- 6Experience with Git and version control best practices.
- 7Ability to create and maintain reusable React components.
- 8Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in NYC.
