Overview
We seek a Frontend Web App Engineer to build high-impact web interfaces integrating with our flight safety platform. This role involves collaborating with senior engineers and designers to create user-facing features that interact with complex aviation data. You will contribute to production systems and advance flight safety.
What You'll Do6
- 1Design and implement React-based features for web applications using real-time and historical aviation data
- 2Integrate process and visualize data from multiple sources including live streams and archived datasets
- 3Collaborate with backend engineers product managers and UX/UI designers on feature design and implementation
- 4Contribute to code reviews and follow frontend best practices and architectural patterns
- 5Ensure frontend reliability and maintainability through testing and documentation
- 6Create reusable components and share frontend libraries
Requirements5
- 12+ years experience building user-facing web applications or equivalent through internships projects or coursework
- 2Proficiency in React TypeScript JavaScript state management and modern web standards HTML CSS
- 3Familiarity with asynchronous frontend patterns and API or data stream handling
- 4Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn from feedback
- 5Ability to work in collaborative fast-moving environment with focus on code quality performance and maintainability
