What You'll Do7
- 1Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and assist them in purchasing desserts and placing orders at the counter
- 2Take accurate orders using Toast POS systems ensuring quick and friendly service
- 3Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the service area
- 4Learn all menu items to handle customer inquiries resolve issues promptly and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- 5Manage food safety protocols by adhering to food safety management standards and procedures
- 6Support opening and closing duties including setting up stations and restocking supplies
- 7Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience
- 35+ years of experience in a customer service environment is strongly preferred but not required
- 4Strong communication skills with a friendly positive attitude
- 5Ability to follow sanitation procedures rigorously to maintain a clean environment
- 6Knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn new technology quickly
- 7Understanding of food safety practices and management standards
- 8Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
- 9Proactive approach to teamwork and delivering excellent customer service
