What You'll Do7
- 1Greet guests warmly ensuring a positive and engaging dining atmosphere from arrival
- 2Prepare and cook grilled items and other menu offerings with precision adhering to recipes and food safety standards
- 3Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently including grills fryers ovens and food prep tools
- 4Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front of house and kitchen areas in compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- 5Assist with menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
- 6Handle food production tasks such as food handling braising poaching and meal preparation for high-volume service periods
- 7Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and ensuring proper food handling practices are followed
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in food service or restaurant environments
- 3CPC Card certification
- 4BCBA certification
- 5AWS Certified
- 65+ years experience with data tools
